Frequently Asked Questions

Most items used in our porch refreshes—like wreaths, florals, planters, and accent décor—are rentals and will be picked up at the end of your display period.

If you'd like to purchase a specific item, just ask! Select pieces are available for purchase upon request.


With the exception of subscriptions, a 50% deposit of your total quote is due at the time of booking to secure your design date. Any remaining balance will be due according to your package type:

One-Time Packages

  • Deposit due at booking
  • Remaining balance due upon completion of installation

Three Holiday Package (Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

  • Deposit due at booking
  • Remaining balance split evenly and billed on:
    🟠 October 5
    🍁 November 5
    🎄 December 5

Quarterly Subscription

  • If paying annually, full payment will be due at time of booking
  • If paying quarterly, the first quarter's payment will be due  at booking
  • Thereafter, quarterly payments will be due on below specified dates for the remainder of the subscription:
    ✅ January 5
    ✅ April 5
    ✅ July 5
    ✅ October 5

Monthly Subscription

  • If paying annually, full payment will be due at time of booking
  • If paying monthly, the first month's payment will be due  at booking
  • Thereafter, monthly  payments will be due by the 5th of each month for the remainder of the subscription
     

We accept Venmo and credit card (details provided upon booking).


That’s completely your choice!

Some clients love the surprise reveal, while others prefer a photo update. We’ll ask for your preference when you book.


We understand things happen! Minor wear and tear is expected and won’t result in any charges. However, damaged or missing items may result in a replacement fee after assessment.


Yes! We offer à la carte add-ons to make your porch uniquely yours. Options include:

  • Personalized signs 
  • Monogramed sashes
  • Custom wreaths and bows
  • Faux florals in specific color palettes
  • Lighting packages
  • Event-specific or holiday accents
     

All customizations are available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.


Each one-time design or monthly refresh stays up for 30 days before we collect the items.

Quarterly subscriptions are refreshed every three months, giving your porch a lasting seasonal look before the next swap-out.


We proudly serve Cullman County and nearby areas. A $50 travel fee applies to locations outside a 15-mile radius of Cullman.


Yes! We work with realtors, small businesses, and commercial properties.

You can view our Commercial Package Options directly on our website, or contact us for a custom quote tailored to your space.


Each package varies, but the minimum includes:

  • A seasonal wreath
  • A welcome mat
  • Coordinating planter or greenery
  • Full installation and takedown
  • Safe storage of items between displays (for subscription clients)

Yes! Porch styling makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day, housewarmings, or baby showers. Ask about our printable gift certificates or seasonal gift promotions.


We primarily use high-quality faux flowers and greenery to create a beautiful, low-maintenance look that lasts the full display period without the need for watering, pruning, or replacement.


If you prefer live flowers or greenery, we’re happy to create a custom package for you! Please note that live plant designs require more frequent upkeep by the client and come at a higher cost due to the added materials and care involved.


Yes! We want your porch to feel like you.


For each season, we offer two design options for our Standard Package and two options for the Full Porch Design. You’ll be able to view and select your preferred style directly on the Reserve Your Porch page when booking.
